What data we process and why
Contact form
When you fill in our contact form we process the following data: first name, last name, e-mail address and the content of your message (e.g. information about your property).
Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the potential real estate intermediation relationship.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Web analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how our website is used (pages visited, time on site, traffic source), with aggregated data and, to the extent the tool allows, anonymised IP addresses.
Purpose: to improve our content and browsing experience.
Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner. These cookies are not activated until you accept the “analytics” category in the banner.
Google LLC may act as a data processor and, in certain cases, transfer data to the US. Google adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection.
Retention period
Contact form data is kept for as long as the relationship with the data subject lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods to address potential liabilities. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ retention settings (14 months by default).
Recipients and international transfers
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Certain technology providers (such as Google, for web analytics) may access data as data processors, as described above.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to info@solutiorealestate.com, attaching a copy of an ID document.
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security measures
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 GDPR.
