Founder & Registered Administrative Manager. Fernando is a registered administrative manager with over 25 years of experience in administration, taxation and fiscal matters in the Canary Islands. His approachable manner and clear explanations make selling with Fernando a calm and reassuring experience. He works in Spanish and English.

Steve is the dedicated contact for international English-speaking clients. With extensive experience helping foreign property owners sell in Spain, he ensures a clear, transparent and straightforward process from anywhere in the world.
